introducing in the aeronautical sector too the consolidated experience of project development, a target-oriented work, being able to propose itself as financial allies
of the big OEM in the pre-sales phases, experiences gained since 1990 in the ICT field in the competition against the low-cost countries. Today the continuous research
of a supply chain that corresponds to the “best cost” characteristic is a must. Aerosoft from 30 years on try to improve such capacities.
Composite Frame Assy Sec 46 and HT Auxiliary BOX
With Boeing experience, Aerosoft has started its own path, in the constant and continuous study of the composite materials, resins e polymers.
Aerosoft has conducted continuous investment in this field have accompanied the company growth till to the most advanced production.
It has been very important the participation to the B787 program on which it has worked in risk sharing with its partner during all the development phases,
from the common phase in Seattle to the Sustaining phase on the Composite Frame Assy e Auxiliary BOX perimeters. The participation to this program has represented
a turnkey project as it has allowed Aerosoft to gain experience on the composite materials and to gain then the activities on other important program such as the
A350XWB900/1000, on which Aerosoft has developed design, stress and production support activities. The main activities have been conducted on the
Main Landing Gear Bay perimeter both in man power and work package modality through the different phases of evolution of this program.
Then the experience on the Forward Lower Unit of the A380 program on which Aerosoft has participated from the common phase to the sustaining phase.
